By installing or using PMCS Guide ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
PMCS Guide is a mobile reference and field-companion tool for U.S. Army Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS). It walks operators through Technical Manual (TM) procedures, helps record faults, and assembles a DA Form 5988-E for printing or export.
The App is not an official U.S. Army, Department of Defense, or U.S. Government product. It is independently developed. The PMCS data shown is derived from open-internet sources of unclassified Technical Manuals and is provided as a study and field-reference aid only. The App is not a substitute for the actual TM, your unit SOPs, your chain of command's guidance, or the judgment of a qualified mechanic. Do not certify a vehicle as Fully Mission Capable based solely on this App.

You are solely responsible for any data you type into the App, including bumper numbers, serial numbers, and fault descriptions. Do not enter information your unit's information assurance policy prohibits storing on a personal device.
The App's source code, UI design, and original explanatory text are © 2026 PMCS Guide. The U.S. Army Technical Manuals referenced are works of the U.S. Government and not copyrightable in the United States (17 U.S.C. § 105). The DA Form 5988-E is a U.S. Government form in the public domain. Trademarks belong to their respective owners; mention does not imply endorsement.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF DATA. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PMCS DATA, NMC CRITERIA, OR PROCEDURES SHOWN IN THE APP MATCH THE MOST CURRENT TM CHANGE OR YOUR UNIT'S LOCAL STANDARDS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE APP'S DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF EQUIPMENT, MISSION READINESS, DATA, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $25 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which the App's developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
PMCS Guide is independently developed and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the United States Army, the Department of Defense, or any U.S. Government entity.
